Issued means that we have assigned the work to one of our technicians, Finalized means that the work is complete, however if it was for billable work it will remain open until billing is complete.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept self-requests, please have your supervisor or as designated a Director of Operations submit a work order on your behalf.
Lost and Found is handled through our security team. You can check with desk on the first level of the Health Sciences Education Building (HSEB). You can also email us through PBC-Security@arizona.edu

Yes, you can call our 24/7 Rover Security number at 602-827-2368, we can provide escorts to to the University permitted parking areas, to include the 10002 lot, 10003 lot and PBC Garage. At our discretion we can provide escorts to the Camden Apartment complex that is across the street.
If access is needed for a classroom or conference room, our security team will verify reservation/activity via astra. For office entry, we will verify the space is assigned to you via use of the UArizona interactive floorplan tool. Please be prepared to show security identification.
Yes, all individuals accessing campus buildings are required to wear a badge, including visitors. We have 2 different badge designs, our general PBC Badge and for University Staff, Students and Faculty, we use the official University ID, the Cat Card. Our PBC badges have various colors to indicate different affiliations.
Please email us immediately at pbc-access@arizona.edu so we can remove access to prevent unauthorized use of your badge and provide replacement instructions. We have loaner’s available at our Access Desk located on the main floor of Historic Building One. Replacement badges/Cat Cards are $25.
